Developing our mind better can significantly reduce stress in our life. Another way to keep our mind off of stress is to stay physically active. Join sport clubs, play tennis, do exercises like aerobics or joining a gym can reduce stress caused by daily activities. Keep your skin clean. Doesn't mean that we'll have to wash our face every hour, but twice a day is enough. Or maybe after going out or after we went to a dusty place. Use odorless soap like glycerin soap that can be found easily at most health stores. Avoid touching your face as much as possible. Our hands touch many things and germs are everywhere on our palm. Touch your face often and bacteria will invade your face and you'll see them as acnes. Applying a natural moisturizer such as almond oil contributes a noteworthy support in preventing acne. Food based products applied on our skin will end up in our bloodstream and affects well to our body. If it is impossible to not wearing any make up at all, try to choose ones that won't clog the pores. Choose the most comfortable razor and change the blade every maximum four shaves. Don't stay awake all day long, have enough sleep to rest your body well. Moreover, if sometimes there's an acne breakout, do not squeeze them!
